1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing or using GOLO, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and any applicable additional guidelines. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you should not use the application.

2. Minimum Age

You must be at least 13 years old to use GOLO. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 13 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a legal guardian.

3. Service Description

GOLO is a platform for organizing football matches. Features include:

• Match creation and management
• Player and team organization
• MVP voting system
• Statistics and performance tracking
• Group management and communities
• Photo sharing and memories

4. User Responsibilities

As a GOLO user, you commit to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Respect other users and maintain good sportsmanship
• Not use the service for illegal activities
• Not share offensive or inappropriate content
• Respect match schedules and commitments
• Protect your account credentials

5. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create and share on the platform. However, you grant GOLO a license to use, modify, and display this content to provide our services.

You agree not to reproduce, distribute or create derivative works of GOLO content without explicit permission.

6. Intellectual Property

The name "GOLO", the logo and all associated content are the exclusive property of GOLO. You may not use, reproduce or distribute any material from the application without express authorization. The application code, design and features are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

GOLO offers two plans:

• Free (Bench): Basic features with advertisements
• Premium (Starter): All features without ads

Payments are processed through app stores (App Store/Google Play). Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

8. Advertisements

The free (Bench) version of GOLO displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Premium members do not see ads.

9. Limitation of Liability

GOLO serves only as an organization platform. We are not responsible for:

• Injuries or accidents during matches
• Disputes between players
• Field conditions or availability
• Weather conditions affecting matches
• Loss or damage to personal equipment

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use and protection of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these terms of service
• Engage in abusive or inappropriate behavior
• Compromise platform security
• Create fake or duplicate accounts

12. Service Availability

We strive to maintain the service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates or technical issues.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms periodically. Changes will take effect after publication in the application. Continued use of GOLO after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Significant changes will be communicated by email or in-app notification.
